3. J.M. Wilson will forward the loss notice to the appropriate claims personnel.
The insured will be contacted within 2-3 business days by a company representative or an adjuster to complete the claim.
EXCEPTION: Some transportation carriers will provide Accident Reporting Kits, instructing insured how to report losses. |
